The founders of one of Melbourne’s most beloved community grocers The Happy Apple put a stop to food wastage with the launch of their latest venture - Happy Eats Gelato. Situated in Melbourne’s inner north-west suburb of Ascot Vale, Happy Eats serves up handmade premium gelato, smoothies, cold press juices, cannoli and ice cream cakes all made naturally using fruit and vegetable offcuts from The Happy Apple.
